Getting to the Wakefield Studio

Address: 1 Gills Yard, Wakefield, WF1 3BZ

Wakefield Studio on Google Maps

The Wakefield studio is an 8 minute walk from Wakefield Westgate train station or a 3 minute walk from Wakefield bus station.

Parking: Borough Road car park is a 3 minute walk from the studio. There is also street parking on Northgate but this is only up to 60 minutes.  Wakefield city council car parks including Borough Road have 2 hours free parking - as far as I'm aware this does not include street parking. You will still need to get a parking ticket from the machine or register your car using the MiPermit app for the free 2 hours. This car park can get busy in the mornings and at lunchtime, however I have found that there are always people coming and going and have never waited more than 5 minutes for a space.

If you are accessing the studio from Northgate you'll need to go through the Archway below. The entrance to the studio is the big black door that - adjacent to the courtyard of Fino's. If you type Emily Goldie Photography into Google maps, it should bring you to the right place.
