Where is your studio?
I've moved! My new studio is located in central Wakefield, postcode: WF1 3BZ (full address and directions will be given after booking). It's and 8 minute walk from Wakefield Westgate train station, 16 minute walk from Wakefield Kirkgate train station and a 3 minute walk from Wakefield bus station. Borough Road car park is a 3 minute walk and offers 2 hours free parking.
Which package is right for me?
Package ONE is perfect for under 16s or those looking for a general update. We usually have time to shoot 4 different top changes in this session.
Package TWO is great if you're looking to completely refresh your shots, or you just want more time. It's good if you have long hair and are wanting to straighten/curl it during the shoot. It is also suitable for anyone wanting to shave mid shoot. We usually have time to shoot around 6 different top changes in this session.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes - I ask for a £50 non-refundable deposit upon booking. This will be deducted from your final invoice.
What if I need to Reschedule?
You can change the date of your session up to 72 hours in advance using the manage booking button on your confirmation email. Where possible please try to stick to your original booking. Any rescheduled bookings must be re-booked within 6 months of the original booking date. If a session is cancelled within 72 hours you will lose your deposit as this does not give me enough time to rebook the session.
When will I get the photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 24 hours of the shoot. Edit turnaround time is up to 7 working days from when I receive your choices.
Can I use the unedited images in my gallery?
I'm afraid not - the gallery is only for choosing the photos you would like editing. Unedited shots cannot be used anywhere as this is not a reflection of the finished work.
Help - what should I wear?!
Your booking confirmation will have a link to my clients page - here you will find information regarding what to bring on the day.
My friend/sibling also needs headshots, can we share the session?
Absolutely! Package TWO is perfect for sharing with someone else. We will take it in turns to shoot each outfit, so whilst one person is getting into their next look, I'll be working with the other person. We can usually get through around 4 changes each. You share the 8 edits between you, so you get 4 each - extra edits can be purchased for £15 each if you want more. Please note, discounts cannot be applied to shared sessions.
